Two Compliance Tools I'm Building for Dutch SMEs

Why I'm building PasWacht and Ketenwacht, two purpose-built tools for Wpbr certificate tracking and WKA chain-liability administration.

Founder & Engineer

Alongside studio work, I've started building AI-agent automation for Dutch SMEs in construction, staffing, and security. It began as a side observation and turned into two purpose-built tools: PasWacht and Ketenwacht.

The problem

WKA chain liability and Wpbr certificate tracking both demand precise, ongoing administration. Miss a certificate or a link in the chain, and you risk fines, failed inspections, or delayed projects — often without seeing it coming in time. It's the kind of work that eats a week without producing anything a client sees, and it rarely gets easier as a company grows.

PasWacht

PasWacht tracks Wpbr certificates and flags renewals well before they lapse. The idea is simple: nothing should expire silently. An agent watches the certificates that matter and surfaces what needs attention before an inspection does it for you.

Ketenwacht

Ketenwacht automates WKA chain-liability admin across subcontractors. Instead of chasing paperwork through every link in the chain by hand, the tool keeps the chain's compliance state visible and current.

Where this stands

Both are in active development. If WKA or Wpbr admin is eating your week, get in touch — I'm taking on a small number of automation clients directly.
